The history of Theofanis family tavern begins in 1989.It has been operating in the same place, in thesquare of Akrotiri village.
It is actually one of the oldest restaurants of the region,known for the unique Greek flavors, the Santoriniancuisine and the welcoming atmosphere.
In Theofanis tavern we use many local productsfrom the land of Santorini, with the majority of themcoming out of the family’s farms.Our philosophy is based on the high quality raw materials,on handmade products and finally, on the way our mealsare cooked, which means according to simple recipes and with home care.
